Legal Question in International Law in India
I live in India and initiating a legal battle against my ex-employer who recovered service agreement bond amount of Rs. 5,00,000 equalent to 10,000 $. I have to contact the client co CIO in the USA where i worked on some project for getting some statement regarding my project work.
How to proceed and get this information can i just shoot a mail to two of them or I have to approach via some other mean?

Why not? You may write to both, be it may in USA or in India. What kind of statement you are expecting them to give to you? How would that statement help you in initiating the action is any one's guess!
