Legal Question in International Law in India

You have lot of remedies available under the Indian laws . You have Criminal as well as civil remedies to book him and his family under IPC etc. Under what Visa you had visited USA earlier. Once H 4visa is granted it carries on with H1b ?

You have both the options available and may be exercised simultaneously. Once in USA, you may also apply for a green card under recently introduced U category if you could prove to be a victim of domestic violence.

Sudershan, Sir, Could you please let me know if it will be easy to apply for U visa. What will I have to do for that ? How long will it take to get the visa ? Will I need any evidence/proof to prove to be a victim of domestic violence in USA ? Because my husband used to beat me, threaten me inside the home.
