Sir,

I invested Rs 20,000/- ( Twenty Thousand ) at Adventure Country Resorts Limited Bombay on 30 Nov 1998 and obtained Preferenceial shares on private placement basis.

Certificate Dist .No No of Certificats

From 000000616281 to 000000616400 120 +80 more

The Company also enclosed 36 Adventure Holidays Coupon

Worth Rs 57,600 which is encashable when not used.

I have with me Shares Certificates, Adventure Room Coupons and the relevent letters (original) duly signed by company directors. When I wrote to the company in December 2004 , my letters came back undelivered. On enquiry I found that the company is closed and disappeared. Some others like me with larger amounts have advised me to file a case at Court.

can you take the case or recommend any one to help me out of this problem.

hello, after going thru public records available with ROC Mumbai, i fear that the said company is not active as it is in default of filing of returns required under companies act, 1956
