Legal Question in Investment Law in India

NSDL is saying if a complaint is already in consumer court against a broking company they cant help with that matter.I want to know whether it is true or not and if it is true in that case should i withdraw myself from consumercourt or should i continue with that.

MY CASE:

I opened a D-Mat account in Religare in Jan 08.They traded for Rs 400000(Four Lakh) on behalf of 100000(One Lakh) cheque which they took from me to start the trading when and whatever I will say to trade.

But they traded without my permission when i was informed i asked who and with whom permision this trading has been done.No reply came from that side.

I visited thier office where i was told that i have to give more cheques to save my 100000 Rupees. If i m not giving the cheques what they are demanding i will have to forget my amount. So i given them cheques as per their demand .

but lastly i stopped giving them cheques and i withdrawnn my rest amount 940097 rupees of total appx.290000.

The case is filed in consumercourt gurgaon but once the judge there shown my layer some circular that my case or any case related with investment in shares fall out of thier jurisdiction.

but my layer told that he want to research about that circular i m getting TARIKH PE TARIKH from two years.
