signature attestation by notary

demate rejected due to signature mismatch and ask to attested by Bank Manager. It is also rejected and ask to notarise Rs.100- stamp paper. How it is done- Is any other simple method to demat above shares- Answer should be send to my e-mail address.

you have to give a indemnity bond on a NJ paper of Rs. 100 after notarising the same you can approach any lawyer for the specific language.

you have to hand over the indemnity bond on stamp paper of Rs. 100 (Non Judicial)and get it notarised.

for drafting it in relevant specific language approach to a lawyer who can guide you to the rest of process
