Legal Question in Investment Law in India
sir mujhe ek company ne 180000 me 5 sal ka agreement sign karya.jiske anusar mujhe har mahine 11231 rs ki rashi ka pree signed cheque 5 sal ke liye diye.magar 2 sal ke bad cheque baunce hone lage puchne par company ke director ne kaha ki bus ab hum age apko koi paisa nahi de sakte.to kya is tarah ke fraud karne wali company ke khilaf koi kanoon hai?

cheque bouncing ke khillaf 138 ka dawa kar do aur consumer complaint daal do.
