Annual Leave CL
Sir,
I am working in a company from last Two years, now I have to change this job, I am in notice period, my annual leave CL is balance. Is am I abale to take mony for balance CL??

you cannot covert your balance into money because on the paid leave is encashable. Your Cl's and SL's could not be encashed..
