how to avoid repaying of salary?

i was working 2 days in MNC as a fresher.No bond agreement with company.In offer letter- ''if you are abscent for a continuous period of 8 days without leave or obtaining manager's approval,you will be deemed to have voluntarily terminated your service without notice''.i haven�t take any salary and lost the issued debit card .After 9 months,i got mail and postal letter said ''you must pay amount of 85000(3 months of sal),otherwise issue move to court( legal notice) and we will inform current working company'' .im not interested to repay this.for last 5 months he sends mails and letters .how to proceed and react this?

You may take appropriate action as per your contract. If you find that your ex-employer is causing you trouble in violation of the agreement, you may consider filing a suit against him claiming damages.
