Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I was having a bond of 4 years with an indian company where i worked for 2.5 years & left due to pressure more than my designation.the bond amount was 1.5 lac INR.they are taking diff. amount from diff people though the bond is of same amount.
now they are asking me to pay 1 lac rs. to have a experience certificate & full & final settelment.Pls suggest right way to escape from the same.
