Company Not paying salary

I'm working for an ISP catering to three states of India , Company is going thru a financial crunch and didn't pay the salary for last two months and now trying to find small small issues to fire the employess without paying them. Those who left the organisation is still wandering for salaries. Somehow I feel that I cud be the next victim... pls suggest how can I recover my dues and salary through labour laws ??

Approach labour court if you are eligible under the Industrial Dispute Act. However, for this issue you may have to contact a local labour lawyer along with your employment agreement which determines the scope of your work.
