Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If a US company is retaliating against a Indian national (us a dealer) for reporting a matter to management of breaking FCPA and company rules by their staff which can be proved in papers,
Can we file a complain against them under Sarbanes-Oxley 2002.
Or discrimination Complaint Under the employee protection ("whistleblower") provisions of Section 806 of the Corporate and Criminal Fraud Accountability Act of 2002, Title VIII of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
