Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Dear Sir, Herewith I would like to put few more points as appendix to my earlier questions.

1. How can a Govt. institution employ without a proper advertisement?

2. Neither we have put any signature in any term and condition papers of the institution, they are only exploiting our helplessness

3. For how many years a Govt. institution can keep employees on 89 days basis? is not it a short of exploitation? Does it mean the Govt. should get its work done by this 89 days scheme for 20 years?

4. How can an employer pay their skill resources less than 10 thousand which has been categorically objected by the sixth pay commission?

5. As Mr. Shesadir says since we are knowingly joined therefore we have any legal right. I would like to ask him respectfully that in other cases when we commit suicide we do it knowingly then why punishment for this?

6. Can not it be a human right issue?

Only people not selected can question appointment without advertisement and not appointed people.

You do not have legal right because the appointment is a short term job which accrues every year and that is why no document is signed at all.

You cannot question low pay as you know about it and still joined the job. It is not a human right issue at all as the job is a seasonal one lasting a few months every year and those in the know can appear for selection and appointment is done without documents.

My answers are legal. My sympathies with all of you for your sufferings. Please do as advised by me already and that is the only way to secure your rights.
