Dear Sir,

i have resigned from thr certain organisation after giving services of 1.5 years. now it almost 6 months past and till the date i am not getting my full and final settlement.and whenever i req for the same to hr of organisation they said there is some pendency of my reporting boss who left the organistion after me. so that they dont relese the same. kindly sugest what should do in that case.

If you are in govt job then file an applicaiton under RTI act and get the answer. If not then plz send us your detail about your post and salary etc.

He cheat you no doubt. You can file complaint case under section 406 and 498-A and various other cases and he has to come back to india even his parents has to get the bails and have the harassment a lot in getting bail. There is one Domestic Violence act then u will be able to live into his house with protection by the police and you can also get a huge maintenance per month from your husband or his inlaws.

you can file a suit for recovery for your dues and as far as your PF is concerned, you may approach the authority for the clearance of the same.
