Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Regarding fixing of seniority as per law clarified by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide its decision dated 27.11.2012 in the matter of Union of India Ors. v. N.R. Parmar Ors (Civil Appeals No. 7514-7515 of 2005).
Please let me know how those central government employee who were not party in that case can avail benefit of law settled by above-said case.
