Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,

There has been some conflicts between me and my employer on harrasment case, I have resigned from company. Company has accepted my resignation and gave me acceptance of my resignation, now from inside news, I am hearing that they are processing my resignation as Termination, Can I file a law suit against a company? I have my acceptance of resignation given by my company. Please help, I need justice.

In case you are having the acceptance of resignation by the company in writing then you should not worry on this count. At present you are not required to initiate any law suit against them only on the basis of an apprehension. Incase tommorow they initiate any action against you or threat you of intitiating an action you can defend the same on the basis of the acceptance of resignation given by the company.
