Legal Question in Employment Law in India

notice period clause mention in my latest appriasal letter, which i had to sign, is as follows "your appointment is terminable by three months notice or payment of three months salary in lieu thereof by either side. In case you effect such termination by resignation, you are required to serve complete three months before you can be relieved from the services of the company. However, relieveing from the company relieving from company will take place after the company is satisfied that proper handing over of papers, documents, information assets etc. has taken place"

i've given clear 1 month notice period and willing to compensate remaning 2 months through salary/leaves.

Can company take any legal action against me if i leave in 1 month?
