Poor treatment of the company after I resigned
I worked for nearly 2Yrs3Mnths for a software company and got a very nice recognition throughout my company because of my hard working and output giving attitude.This company imposes a 2yrs bond on employees and asks for the repayment of 6 months salary if somebody resigns before 2yrs.They keep degree and passport of the recruits as well without giving any receipt.In my case, though I have completed 2yrs of job, they have still not send my docs after several reminders.I resigned on 31st of May-07 at 6:55 PM and currently serving the notice period of 20 days that I've given.1and1/2 hrs before I resigned,I came to know that my salary(of May-07) was kept on hold with no reasons even when others had received their salaries.Now, they have stopped making any communications with me in this regard after my several reminders over mail. HR department says that I'll get the full and final payment in one go,that usually takes 4-5 months what I've observed.The company also forces to sign an agreement for not joining the competitors/clients.Is it legally enforceable?Currently,I don't have any job in my hands except one of the clients.What should I do? What are the complications in joining a client?What are the rules for PF to get disbursed?

No is not legal agreement, it is void agreement. You can work where ever you want, even if it is a rival company.
If at all , you are forced to sign the agreement and they are making trouble to you, then you sign the contract and after receiving the payments and beneifts you are entitled to , join the company which ever you want to join. If they file suit, then also then also they will not be successful. So relax.
To get PF lay you cliam to the company.
