Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am Rajesh, working with a Pvt. ltd. firm for past 4.5 yrs, i have served my proper notice period as defined in my employment letter but my the organistion is not releasing my papers and salary, Please suggest how the labour law will help me

appraoch any local lawyer and he will send legal notice on behalf of you and if not solved then file your case in labor court or in civil court as per your designation.
