Relieving Letter!
Hi,
I have resigned from one of the top 5 indian IT firms and it has been 10 days to serve the notice period by today and even I am ready to pay for the rest of the notice period but the employer is not ready to relieve & stick on 2 months of notice period. Please adviece me - Is there any law by which i can get the relieving/ experience letter. I dont have any responsibilities currently in the organisation and doing notihing and also ready to pay the notice period but they are not relieving me..
