this is requesting a clarification regarding job reservations for other backward community by india government.As per the advertisements of govt organisations to get jobs reserved for OBC, a person should not belong to the creamy layer in which anual income is the deciding factor.But in the case of senior and top level positions,reserved for OBC 5to 10 years of experience in a similar cpacity is demanded as per advertisements.for such experienced candidates how they will be able to produce a certificate as per govt specification( O.M. NO.36012/22/93-Estt. (SC) dated 22/10/93 to get reservation.They will defenitely belongs to creamy layer due to their high wages.I request your advise how government organisations proceed in such situations.How they select candidates for senior positins reseved for OBC.
