I s m w act 1979
I am working as construction manager in a construction company, we have employed few peoples on temporary basis from outside states, who have approached us at the work site, we have not recruited any body from out side states either through recruiting agency or by our personnels, recently labour department has lodged a criminal case against me for not obtaining the magrant labour licence and employed peoples belongs to other state.
Please advice whether we are in breach of ISMW act 1979, when we have engaged peoples who have approached us at job site and were given employment in place of recruiting at other states and deployed at other states.
