Salary

Dear Sir,

i work for a firm, New Delhi.

I resigned from my permamnent position in August giving 30 days notice (to be relived in 20th september,). However they have stopped my salary for the month of August which i am entitled to get (i worked for the entire august month). what legal action can i take.?

You can sue the company. You have yr releiving order or yr previous pay slips, bank stmts then we can 1st issue a fomal notice. If you want more details please feel free to contact us.
