Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sir, I am a central government servant covered by CGHS. My mother is my dependent and she is getting family pension of less than Rs.3500/-. My brother is a schizophrenic more than 40% disability and he is dependent on my mother and he is not earning.
My question is......Can I declare my brother as my dependent instead of my mother's dependency, in order to receive CGHS benefits?
Please enlighten me
