Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Sir,

I need a lawyer in Mumbai for following case.

I have joined a Pvt Ltd Company on 25th Oct 1999 and left them on 16th Aug 2010.

I have been issued with reliving letter and no dues certificate.

Now company is not clearing by pending dues, not signing my PF papers and not giving me gratuity.

The reason gien is that they want my mobile no, the mobile is on my name and was purchased by me in Nov 2003, it is registered on my name at my home address, I have no agreement with company of any form.

Please help me

Dear,

There is no way the company can demand such thing from you. Until or unless there is clause in your employment agreement about such requirement.

They have to clear your dues and releive you of your duties if you have given them proper notice period and other agreed terms.

In this case you can send them a Legal Notice through lawyer for demand of such dues. I am sure they will provide you what ever you want after such notice.
