Legal Question in Employment Law in India
what time employer should provide door step drop for women, as I am working late in comapny till 9:30PM? we are working 10AM to 8PM after 8PM they always ask us to wait for more work. We are already working 10hours/day. Is there any limitaion of hours. Kindly suggest me solution

Nobody can force any women to work after 6 PM or after sunset. U can approach labour court.
