a wife of an employee can do a buissness.if not then how govt job holds by both husband and wife in a family,why a educated women can not do independently buissness ,why we crying for womens right.if there any problem for a women as wife of a employee to do buisseness then how a wife of a minister can do a govt job"

The idea is to prevent a government employee husband or wife doing business in their spouses' name.
