Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I was worked in PVT Ltd company From Feb-1998 to Oct-2010 this company was taken over by some other company in June-2010 but i left in Oct-2010 from that day onwords i was followp with them they are not responding properly . My last salary Drawn of Rs, 32,000/- my settlemnt due like Gratuity , EPF . Leave encasement , LTA, medical reimbursement all put together around 4 lakhs i have to get from company . How file case labour court on them. now i am requesting you kindly help me regarding this and do the needful.
