Legal Question in Employment Law in India
working with a company vendor
are there any legal implications,if i had worked with the vendor who is providing services to my company, at the same time when i am employed in the same company.

Past service do not matter and it would not have any implications on your present job

if you had earlier worked with the vendor it is no case.. but if u are still working for the vendor seperately and simultaneously with company then it may be a probelm. usually the company has a rule of prohibiting its regular or pay roll employees working for others except themselves during employment.
