Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have been working in one pvt ltd company. I had been granted payment increment from April-08 by a comany letter appreciating my performance. I left the organisation in Jan-09. Company management has not paid me my increment amount wef from april to OCt-08. what to do sir, kindly help

Approach the labour court or civil court for recover and if the co is govt then high court.
