Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

1.my tenent refused to vacate and filed in the court and obtained interim injunction.

2. we also filed a case in the same court for eviction and both the cases are merged.

3.the trial date is nearing but the tenent changed the lawer who wants to file additional staemnt even though the case is more than two years old. and the trial is held up .

4. what will be the next process of the case.

5.in the mean time the tenent has stopped payment of monthly rent for the last 8 months.

6. if the case is delayed like this can i go to high court.

kindly reply.also note i wanted the house for my own use and i do not have any other house on my name. pl reply.

if the charge sheet is not filed by the police, convince the police that you are not involved in the crime. if police file the final B report it will be closed. email;[email protected]
