Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Now my age is 40 years, ( male--santanu banerjee ) my sister is 30 yrs, father is 67 yrs. i have lost my mother in the year of 2000. that time my mother was 49 yrs. a house with seven decimil area in the named of my mother.my father again registry married for his sextual satisfaction in the year of 2006.now he is staying at my mother "s house . he is trying to birth another child but unfortunately it has not happened .i am also staying at my mothe "s house. in the year 2006 when my sexist faher married that time myself ( in the year 2002 ) & my sister (2003 ) had. married . my sister is now staying at bangalore ( india - karnataka). now my question : is my father is legaly patner of my mother"s house ? who are the legaly patners of my mother"s house ? can i throw my sexist father with his sextual patner from my mother"s house ? please give me your valuable opinion.

if no then you , your sister and your father are equal share holder in the said house....

If your mother died intestate then her husband, (your father) and her kids all are equal share holders of her estate.

You can seek partition, and you along with your sister can purchase his share, and seek his eviction form the house.
