Apartment Owners Asociation
Dear Sir,
My Apartment Owner's Asociation has recently been harrasing all Tenants who have been staying for more than 5 years. They have Sent a letter to all Owners & called up all Owners asking them to double the rent. Some of the Association bearers are acting like brokers telling Owners to Vacate the Current Tenant and that they will get tenants for double the rent. I am put under tremendous mental pressure due to this. What can i do because everyday i am harassed, so are other tenants. The association i feel has no right to take this up when their work is only to do maintenance of the building. Can i sue them to change the name of the association from Owners association to just Apartment asociation??

If you really desire to sue them then sue them for harrassment. Tenants can joined together and form an association also. changing of name of association wont do any good.
