Hi i am a college student .My mother is a tenant of a commercial complex.
My question is what would happen to the tenancy if my mother suddenly pass away?

according to tenency laws in west bengal you may be a tenant after the death of your mother.

It is heretible tenancy in Delhi. If the commercial complex is in Delhi then you automatically becomes the tenant after the demise of your mother.
