Dear SIr,
I have a shopping mall in which I am planning to rent the shops. Kindly guide me the precautions I should take to avoid any future disputes and can get back my rented shop as per agreement or as per requirement within a reasonable time. I also would like to go for such agreement by which future legal complications do not arise.

where is the mall situate? in case you unable to find a good local lawyer, you may hire a lawyer from other city and the agreements can be drafted online.
