Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Dear sir/Madam
i had rented my property to one of my relative in chittaurgarh(rajasthan) 10 months before till now he had only paid 3months rent. because of his irregular rent payment and his harsh & rude behaviour towards me i made him clear that he need to evict the house & am not intrested to give a rent for poeple like him. so from the past year september-2012 i was telling him to evict from my property. so now on 26 march-2013 he evicted my home and now he has kept some of his furniture & beds still in one room and has locked from outside and surrendered me home keys except that 1 room key. Now he is harrasing me to take his belongings and not even paying his rent. And more over if i talk bit strictly he calls his friends who are some organisation goons and they all threaten me and my family that we will see how you will make him take his belongings from this house. So sir / madam please help me out what action should i take now we are too afraid i even reported this matter to nearest police station but they just gave him warning that you have evicted his house then take your left belongings and go away peacefully. And in rajasthan rent agreement are made only verbally and that too he is my relative so i did not make any written agreement with him. please any body help me out. Nobody is staying in that house but we are still worried
