dear sir/madam,
my father boute 180 sqft room in andheri mumbai in 1979, which comes under pagdi system. We are purchased room in goregaon in 1993 and we all together staying there till date. in our andheri room one of the person from family coming while in every month/visit to our room/to maintan room/paying rent/electricity bill and others things. now we want to sell that room, but our landowner demand huge amount.
Can you give me advice about this matter so i can procede with your advice/help.
