Demand on purchesed land becouse his father didn't signed

I had purchesed one akra from three persons . they were signed only two persons becouse one person died at the time of Registration so that his sons demand on my purchesed land . they donn't agrreed now to give land

Do you have agreement of sale? whether the deceased person has signed the agreement?

if your answer for the above question is Yes initate a legal action agaisnt the sons of the deceased person compellling them to execute the sale deed in your favour.

If the agreement is duly signed by the diceased then mere non registration og the same does not effect your right over the property.If the deceased had any Agreement to sell with you then on that basis you can approach the cort and can compell the sons of deceased to execute sale deed or inalternate you can demand your paid money if any with interest till date. Consult a lawyer.
