hi,i m living in rented flat in mumbai,kurla,with my famliy & i m taking tutuion in my home...every thing is fine b4 but now Society member asking pay me more maintenance telling me u r useing more lift so u have 2 pay extra maintenance..is that correct ? can they ask me to pay more ? plz rpley

No. They are harassing you . make a complaint to the authorities.
