i am working with my father in small shop which is less than 100sq feet. adjoining my second landlord's shop. Our shop is more than 40 yrs old and on pugree.Rent being paid regularly.Now they sent us a evition notice u\s141(e) saying they need more space to extend there shop for there two sons sitting in the shop almost 3 times big to our shop.We are a family of six people including small children & old aged depending upon the shop & have no other source of living.We will face comparitive hardship if we will get evicited.plz help

the case of your landlord may not fall under bonafide need as you are also surviving on the basis of the shop. however, without going through the eviction petition, it would not be safe commenting further.
