Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in

my land lord has 10 month security (100000 rs.) we r regularly paying rent before 10th of every month.our lcontract ends next month. he asked us to vaket within 2 months but when we asked for the refund security amount up to 85% &15 % after handling over the keys.he is not neither refund it nor ggiving any commitment.we have requested him to adjust two month (this & next) rent in security&refund atleast 60%.he denied this also Kindly suggest what rights we have &how can we get our money back

you may consult a lawyer and serve a legal notice upon the landlord for refund of your security deposit.

what are the terms in the lease deed regarding return of security? can you retain the possession without rent until security is refunded.
