My landlord doesn't seem to be interested in giving me a copy of leave and license agreement which we signed for reasons I do not understand. Every time I ask for a copy he says he will give in short time but nothing happens. I am tired of asking him for copy. What can I do?

You may make a request by writing him registered letter and stop payment of rent if he still does not accept your request.
