My landlord had 10 shops on pagdi on ground floor.6 shops on pagdi on 1st floor &2 shops in his possession on 1st floor .2nd floor given on rent 1 yr back on 60000 p.m now he is demanding eviction on 1st floor for residential bonafide need. Can eviction possible

a lawyer has to go through the petition for eviction filed by the land lord. prima facie, the commercial property cannot be used for residence.
