we are landlords of a 148 year old building at chira bazaar , marine lines mumbai 400002.the plot area is 1700 sq ft where as the total construction area of all ten flats of tenants in the bldg of Gr +2 is about 3700 sq ft.what FSI will the Bldg get under section 33(7) of the DCR mumbai.
