Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

is there any law to protect us our ownership houses from forcible eviction n demolition of our houses agaist our consent by the builder?we have 3days stay remaining.the builder has threatened us he is coming on 16th 2 throw us out of our own houses because he is goin to win the case and not allow us to get further stay.need urgent help.bombay judges n lawyers r bought by the builder corruption very high.is there no law to convict such builders,judges,lawyers so they cant break law for teir benefit.can u help?

Your matter is subjudice before the court and make sure your lawyer defend you properly and the stay granted by the court becomes absolute.

you may ask your lawyer to move an application for extension of stay beyond 16th.
