Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am living in mumbai in a rented flat since last three years. On first year i have registered agreement with lanlord after that i m living there by mutual understanding. I have paid premium amount of rs 50000.Now my lanlord is denying to pay me premium amount what legal remedy i have against him.
