Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i am living in a pagadi system building for the last 10 years and now the landlord wants to redevelop the same. landrord asking possession of the flat for the redevelopment without bmc approved document. Total member of building are fifteen. 8 members approved the consent for the same. what should we do.
