Notary certification of Leave & Licensee agreement

Is it mandatory to certify the leave & licensee agreement from a notary. What is the amount of stamp paper on which such agreement shall be done.

In Maharashtra L& L registration is compulsory and stamp duty depends on your details of agreement. If nearby contact personally Consulting chgs Rs 100/- only.

The notarization is like an attestation and verification of signatures of the parties and may create a record of executin of the document. However, it may not be necessary.
