I have got an order from munsif court-theni-t.n.to vaccate a tenant for not paying rent for 3 years who is running a college in my land for rent..now he is again ready to join students this year2010-2011.is there any rule to get stay for not making admission of students?

You may want to file an Execution Petition in the same court which had passed decree in your favour.
