parking problem

My neighbour has been harassing us by parking in front of our parking lot inspite of having an alloted parking space and has two cars. Kindly help us as to what legal action can we take?? The chairman is also not helping much

file suit for permanentinjuction against your neighbour before the concerned court.

Raise the issue in AGM and even after that it continues sent a notice thru advocate.

you can firstly take meeting of society for such problem if it resolves the problem well and good if not your can file a criminal case as well as civil suit

You should give him a written warning, and if he continues harassing you, you may take an injunction against him from court; you may also lodge a criminal case of tresspass with the local police.
