i want to rent out my shop on " leave & license" basis in kolkata , West Bengal , for 3 years.yearly rent is IRs 1.8 lac
my query is
1, Agreement for 3 year is permissible in Law ?
2. whether i have to register this Agreement ? if yes at what cost ?
3.under which Act this agreement will be governed in west bengal ?

2) It is advisable to get your lease Deed registered . 1% of annual rent and normally paid by the tenant.
